FAQ Shipping

Please note that all orders up until June 14th are pre-orders and will be shipped on June 15th.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship to Canada and the US. Shipping times depend on your location. Canada Post site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 to all Canadian customers. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer international shipping to the United States only at this time. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
